Returns Policy

•All credit for returns will be given as store credit. Joost Labs does not offer refunds for any product for any reason.

•While we choose our products with the utmost care, we cannot offer any guarantees on any product other than that you will receive exactly the products that you order, unexpired, and undamaged. This means that we cannot guarantee any specific results for any person, and are not responsible for any side effects that you make experience from any product.

•Any issue with an order must be reported within 36 hours of your receipt of the shipment.

•We will happily exchange any damaged products. You must send us the damaged products, and we must receive it before we can offer credit or reship.

•Shipping charges will not refunded. In the case of damaged products, you will pay to ship the product back to us. We will ship the replacement free of charge, including shipping charges.
